PILATES MATWORK CLASSES

Pilates is a form of exercise which builds your body’s core strength through a series of stretching and strengthening exercises. You’ll learn to be aware of the spine, increase movement in the joints and strengthen the body with the very latest scientific researched methods.

As well as focusing on the original exercises in the Pilates repertoire, in this class, Teresa will get you thinking ‘outside the box’ to master the skill of Pilates and find more mobility in your joints!

A super fun and friendly class helping you to gain movement confidence, strength and mobility.  Teresa will guide you through some fun ideas to help you move more in all directions.  Bring a mat and your sense of humour! Beginners are very welcome.

Tuesdays – 7.00-8.00pm –

St Johns Eden Park, Beckenham.

Teresa’s Pilates and Trigger Point Pilates classes are amazing – I am not sure what I would do without it!  

My back is very dodgy at best and spasms when at it’s worse.  Going to my weekly lesson keeps it in check and I haven’t had any spasms for months. I feel great when I finish and the next morning there is always more improvement.

I first met Teresa via Pilates: my first experience of Pilates and a very positive one.  Clear instruction, with classes pitched perfectly for attendees and constant explanations that are really helpful.  Plus Teresa has a real human touch that puts you at ease, always encouraging.
