This 4 week beginners, reformer course is ideal if you want to focus on learning the basics on the reformer and practicing the fundamentals, so that you leave feeling confident to move forward to the next level class.
During the 4 weeks, you will learn how to set up the reformer, adjust the springs, safety on the reformer and focus on alignment and posture whilst using a mix of traditional and dynamic based exercises.
