Jemma originally trained as a dancer. Spending many years working in the West End, Jemma now teaches Pilates and Barre and is also a keen aerialist specializing in the Chinese Pole!
Her awareness of the body and core connection as well as her focus on balance and alignment, form a key part of her teaching and aerial training.
