Jemma’s 6-Week Barre Course at Metta Movement is a feel-good way to build strength, improve posture, and move with more ease.

Blending Pilates-inspired control with barre-style training, each small-group class focuses on strengthening legs and glutes, core stability and balance.

With Jemma’s expert guidance and plenty of options for different bodies (and any knee/back niggles), you’ll progress week by week in a supportive, premium studio setting.

Jemma originally trained as a dancer.  Spending many years working in the West End, Jemma now teaches Pilates and Barre and is also a keen aerialist specializing in the Chinese Pole!

 

Her awareness of the body and core connection as well as her focus on balance and alignment, form a key part of her teaching and aerial training.

 

Jemma’s friendly and upbeat personality make this Barre class an unmissable addition to your 2026 fitness regime!
