Reformer Pilates in Beckenham

Join us in our fully equipped reformer Pilates studio, located in the basement of the beautiful Venue28 building in central Beckenham.

It’s an ideal space to learn the skill of reformer Pilates or to enjoy your current practice in a relaxed and friendly environment.

Perfect for both beginner and experienced participants, our small class sizes of 4 people maximum per session guarantee up-close and personal attention.

Our Pilates Matwork classes have been part of the Beckenham and Eden Park community for over 15 years, and we’re so grateful for your continued support.

If you’re looking to start or continue your Pilates matwork journey, our friendly, community-based classes run from Venue28 and St Johns Church at Eden Park .

Pilates for Mobility Tuesdays 7pm – St Johns Eden Park with Teresa

Pilates Matwork Saturdays 9.30am – Venue28 with Teresa

Barre Thursdays 7.30pm – Venue28 with Jemma

Love this place. Amazing classes with a maximum of only 3 other people, so feels almost like having a personal trainer.

Each teacher has their own unique style, so something for everyone and nice to have a bit of variety.
