Are you ready to start something new for Autumn?
These 4 week beginner, reformer courses are ideal if you want to focus on learning the basics on the reformer and practising the fundamentals, so that you leave feeling confident to move forward to the next level class.
During the 4 weeks, you will learn how to set up the reformer, adjust the springs, safety on the reformer and focus on alignment and posture whilst using a mix of traditional and dynamic-based exercises.
11.30am Sundays with Jemma 5th October -26th October
6.30pm on Wednesdays with Maria 8th October- 29th October
