What is Metta Movement?
In Buddhism, the Pali word Metta means: – benevolence, loving-kindness, friendliness, amity, good will, and active interest in others.

 

With decades of experience and a love for people, at Metta Movement, we pride ourselves on creating positive movement experiences through Pilates Matwork, Reformer and Mobility sessions.

 

We’ll help you to build movement confidence and overcome any hurdles whilst providing you with a safe and friendly space to do so.

 

At Metta Movement we recognise that participating in a movement program can be daunting at first so, we make sure we meet our clients ‘where they are’ in terms of their fitness level and movement ability.  We’ll never make you do anything you’re not ready to do, ensuring you leave every session feeling empowered rather than frustrated.

If you are looking to embark upon a new Pilates or Mobility program, or maybe you are returning to exercise after a break or an injury, we’d like to help you achieve your movement goals.
 
We offer the friendliest of community Pilates classes and 121 sessions and our fully equipped Reformer studio in central Beckenham provides you with everything you need to assist you on your Pilates journey.
We also offer online workouts and a full video library of Pilates and mobility sessions.
